I am very sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you in this difficult time. I know it’s hard to go through this pain, but I hope you may find comfort in knowing that God cares about how you feel and that He promises that “there is going to be a resurrection.” (Acts 24:15) (1 Peter 5:7) Won’t that be wonderful to see our loved ones again! I hope this promise brings you comfort as it does me.

Bud, as my father in law I have many fond memories of you. You were always kind to me and always very generous to family and friends.When David and I reunited, you once again welcomed me in your home with open arms. I will never forget the endless compassion and caring support that you and Helene offered me in my time of grief. You will never know how much that meant to me and still does. David shared many of his fond memories of you with me. On several occasions David told me how proud he was to be your son and how much he loved you. I am sure that you know this now as I am sure that he has told you this himself when he met you at heaven's gate. Rest in peace my dear father in law.
