Lisa, Brian and I send our very sincere condolences to you and your sisters on the loss of your Dad. You know how much Brian and I thought of your Father...we consider ourselves blessed and lucky to have spent time enjoying his company. We were honored that he shared family stories/history with us. We loved participating in his beloved Italian Club at Maris Grove. He was an exceptional man who left a wonderful legacy to all who were blessed to have known him. The void that is left by those we have loved so dearly is vast, but that void can be filled with the treasures of memory. His love for you was so apparent. We pray for your comfort and peace knowing that he left such an indelible mark on so many lives. We love you Lisa!
Your father was a wonderful man - interesting, kind, and generous. And all those wonderful paintings! I have so many fond memories of him from the Welshire days. He will be greatly missed!
Our deepest Sympathy to your family. I have fond memories of Uncle Russ growing up and spending time in Wilmington with your family. I remember walking around your home being surrounded by all his beautiful paintings. Being a scientist and an artist is a very rare combination but Uncle Russ was blessed with such an intellect.
I know my dad and he (and I) all share our love for Penn State football even in the toughest of recent times. Like my mother, he celebrated his Italian heritage with pride. May he Rest In Peace knowing he was loved by those who knew him best. God Bless Uncle Russ.

Your dad was one of nature’s gentlemen. His passionate warmth and uncommonly good sense made him unforgettable. What a beautiful tribute you have left for him here. And how blessed you are to have been able to call him father.
It was a great privilege to work on occasion with Russ. I was associated with some difficult projects at DuPont which impacted his interests and always found him a supportive, tough, but wonderful colleague. There are so few like him.
