Obituary of Benjamin Jones

Benjamin Jones Jr., age 73, of Boothwyn, PA passed away peacefully on June 27, 2018. A lifelong Boothwyn resident, Ben retired from the Chester Upland School District where he was a teacher. Ben had a love of music, he enjoyed playing the piano & organ and was a member of the Chichester Alumni Community Band. Ben was also devoted to his faith and a member of the Memorial Presbyterian Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Sr. and Gladys Jones. Ben is survived by his 3 brothers, Emlyn (Linda) Jones, David Jones and William (Willa Jo) Jones, his foster son, Henry (Regina) Brown Jr., his close friend, Annette Hart and numerous relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, 10-11AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Funeral Service at 11AM. Interment, Lawn Croft Cemetery. Donations in Ben's memory may be made to the Memorial Presbyterian Church, 3217 Chichester Ave., Boothwyn, PA 19061.
