We had a lot of good memories back in the day. Visiting at the farm on the weekends and always bringing Philadelphia cheesecake because you knew we enjoyed it. Angela, Johnny, Joe, Janet and Michael running and playing in the fields with Johnny and I. You and Mom talking in Italian when you didn't want us to know what you were saying! Dad and Cola working and always ribbing one another. We had a lot of good laughs and fun. And we would have visits to your home and your Mom's in Philadelphia and the food was always incredible. I will always remember you, Erminia, for your laugh and loving way. May God Bless You Rest Peacefully

I remember Mrs C always cooking for Joe and I whenever I visited with him. I particularly have one memory of a visit to their home in Kingsley, Pa in the mountains when she made a fried eggplant dish that she called Googetseals. I thought that name was so funny. She convinced me to try it even though I was sure I thought I hated eggplant. It was delicious of course. I will never forget that. RIP Mrs C.
