I'm so saddened by the loss of such an incredible woman who has touched many hearts. I very much enjoyed working with her at Media courthouse many years back. She made stressful moments easier and was always there for her coworkers. She will be missed. My heart goes out to her whole family and those who loved her! RIP sweet Shirley!

Shirely wa a truly fine person who was a pleasure and honor to know. I saw and talked with her often at the Media Courthouse and valued her friendship and company and sly sense of humor. My sincerest sympathy to her family on her loss to us all.

I was so shocked to hear of Shirley's passing. She was one of the best people I ever worked with at OJS!Alway helpful to me and always there giving me a helping hand She will always be remembered. When Shirley and I met years ago through the New Choices program through DCCC we bonded instantly. She was Harding working, kind hearted, very genuine. My condolences to her sons and family. May her memories be a blessing

My heart is broken at the loss of my dear friend: My Little Buddy, as I called her. Shirley was a straight shooter; told it the was it was. She was smart and a quick study with a great sense of humor. She was loved and respected by all; especially at the courthouse. I will forever miss my dear friend. A treasure lost. My thoughts and prayers to her family especially her sons: Matt and Zach who she was so very proud of and to Chris an amazing sister in-law. God be with you thru this difficult time. My mother Peg Walter worked with Shirley for several. Years . I also had the pleasure of working with her for 9 years . I love Shirley dearly , her presence is irreplaceable and will be missed by everyone who knew her. I will miss bringing her glazed cream donuts from Phatso's bakery . Shirl was a one in a million lady, I'm sad she won't be here to laugh with anymore. My love to her whole family .
