Bob, Jack, Patty,
Jack, or as I always referred to him as Mr. Quinn will surely be missed. Mr. Quinn was my mailman growing up. He was very supportive fan at our sporting events from high school to softball leagues later in life. Mr. & Mrs. Quinn would watch our children at the softball games. Debbie and I always enjoyed his company especially, the Halloween party in Woodlyn. We got a ticket on the way to it dressed in costume! I would also get chance to see him when we had class reunions down the shore. I would use his shower & shoot the breeze. Awesome conversations. In retirement he had what I think was a dream job on a golf course. His love of golf rubbed off on Bob then to me. It was always a great time on a golf course with Jack for which I’m thankful.

Bob, Jackie, Patty and Family...
We are deeply saddened by Jack's passing and know how difficult these times are for all of you.
Your Mom and Dad were like a third set of grand-parents for our kids and at times, spoiled them like crazy right along with their cousins!! We always looked forward to being with them at family get togethers, parties, and over the holidays. The finality of Jack passing on as the last one of that very special generation is really hard to take in. We loved them all so very, very much.
Jack was very well taken care of by his family and we are so glad he got to see first-hand how much he was loved to his final breath. Jack (Pop-Pop) was deeply loved by his three grand-daughters and their children which was obvious to all of us and especially him.
Mary Beth and I were able to see him during his final weeks, give him a kiss and a hug and tell him how much we love him, and how much he and his entire family has meant to our family. We talked a little golf, but mostly baseball. He did like to rub my nose in it a bit, when the Yankees were not doing so well! I loved talking sports with him, as we liked different teams but for me, it was like talking with and extension of my father who I had lost a long time ago. So, THANKS Jack … for filling in that spot for a long time! I will miss that.
When it’s all said and done and you take a measure of one’s life, it can be said without question that Jack lived a long, hard-working, honest life with many friends and family surrounding him who loved and respected him.
He will be missed dearly, and never forgotten, and in keeping with Jack’s special sense of humor then…… that’s a hole-in-one!
Love you Jack and it hurts to see you go…..

Ann, Jack and family, we hope your memories will help guide you though this difficult. We will always remember your father, Jack, as a caring, happy person. Thinking back we remember your kind parents inviting us to their home long ago. As we sat around the table enjoying a meal together there were lots of laughs along with stories told. Your father was talented in many ways including hanging wallpaper. Claire loved those flowers in our kitchen back then! We plan to be with you at his service but until then please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
