Alice, Jean and Steve,
I am so sorry for your loss. I have nothing but wonderful memories with your mom and dad and all us kids spending time together at your family home on Naamans Creek Road. Good times, lots of smiles and laughter. I will cherish those memories forever.

Manny and I send our condolences to all of Rosie’s family. So many fond memories from being in the congregation with her! She once shared her meatball recipe with me and I still cherish it in my recipe box. I always loved getting one of her cheery cards and drawings in the mail. This picture is from a luncheon she and some friends had for me before I got married. Rosie was such a dear person that we will all miss.

Rosie was one of the quickest persons I have ever met when it came to giving you a smile. I will miss her enormously. The only recent times where I was greeted with a look of concern, instead of a smile, was when I visited her at Naamans Creek. She would take me to the window of her room and point out that there were not as many birds as there were in the past or how thetrees were not looking as good across the driveway . . .
Don't worry Rosie. The hour is coming (John 5:28,29) when the birds will return once again, when you will plant gardens and trees, and when you will enjoy them into the everlasting future.

Dear Family,
I last got to visit her pre- Covid when I was visiting from Alaska. Rosie's close friend Sandra D. took me to see her. How glad I was to spend time with her. Besides a lot of laughter, we were reminiscent of our time with the Brandywine Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, we took selfies, etc. I answered her questions about my life in Alaska and she was enthralled by some of my experiences.
Though time and distance separated us, our love for Jehovah made us close. So may he, the God of Comfort, comfort you now.
