It was with great sadness that I learned today of Biff's passing. He was one of the kindest, most caring, and generous people I have had the great pleasure of knowing. I remember spending many summers in Brigantine with Biff, and the wonderful times on his boat, crabbing and fishing for Flounder. He would filet and freeze the Flounder so we could enjoy it months later on Christmas eve as part of our "Seven Fishes" dinner. He always had a big smile, and a "Yo Pal!" for you whenever you saw him. He should be in the Guinness book of world records as the greatest garage sale shopper of all time! One of my fondest memories of Biff was just sitting and talking with him, on the beach or back in the condo. Being so well read and informed he was a fabulous conversationalist, and could sit and talk about any subject for hours. He was just a terrific guy, a gentleman's gentleman, and very loving person who I will dearly miss. My deepest condolences to Toni, and the entire Conti Family. Jim Davison

My Heartfelt Condolences to Mrs. Conti and the entire family. I knew Mr. Conti from Traditions at Longwood Community where I work part-time. He was such a kind & interesting man and I enjoyed talking with him whenever he would stop by the Clubhouse Office. He reminded me so much of my Dad(whose name was Frank) who passed away almost 15 years ago. Even though it was really only a handful of times we had a chance to talk, I feel blessed to have known him. God Bless you. Rosemary Thompson
