Thank you, Dr. B for saving my back and relieving my sciatica. Over 30 years and still going strong. You are definitely missed.

Such a loss of a great big personality. We have so many memories of the ways he would liven up a room. I remember the township was considering holding a big deer hunt, which drew hundreds of seriously unhappy residents to a council meeting. There was a lot of squawking and then Steven stood up and the room went silent as he explained why it is not such a good idea to hold a big hunt in a bedroom community. He absolutely held the room. His confidence and charisma absolutely changed the vote that day. He quite eloquently spoke for a standing room only crowd and the hunt proposers gave up. This is a perfect example of his larger than life presence. Our condolences to all his loved ones.
Love,
Amy (Bosacco) Anna & Dan Anna

Steve was an unforgettable friend who shared his life experiences with all of us. We enjoyed many occasions with him and Barbara at their lovely home. A roaring fire in the family room with several blankets and a nap after many gourmet dinners. Who could forget The New Year's Eve pajama party and the July 4th picnic with all of the gang.
A fellow wine maker of ours. We attempted and from time to time were successful with a nice batch of cab. We named each year's wine of which included "Vino Della Bambina" named after Lex in 1998 and "Vino Di Due Capitosta" named after both Steves meaning wine of the two hard heads in 2001.
Dining out with SJB was always an adventure...As a long term member of the Boys' Night Out Club he was heard to remark about the ACME steaks, warmed up leftovers, suffering the indignities for a good steak, and the chairs that sucked...you were never quite sure what was going to come out of his mouth.
A friend to the end. He was a man of honor and dignity. We will miss him terribly.

He was an incredible surgeon and a great mentor. I can't thank him enough for all he taught me about orthopaedic surgery and all the work and effort he put into the residency. May you rest in peace.
