I had the pleasure of working with Jack years ago in dialysis. Jack was always a nice guy! When i first started working with him I didn't have a car and he would give me a ride home from work. Most recently before covid a group of former coworkers from our crozer days would get together and have dinner. Jack joined us for a couple of those dinners. It was so nice to reconnect and see him again. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. RIP Jack!
Oh Jack, you have been such a huge part of my life. Thank you for always being there and never turning your back on me even during difficult times. You showed me what it was like to love someone whole heartedly and accepting people for who they were. Love you so much, I will miss you forever and I know you will be with me always.
