Obituary of Raymond B. Kennard

Raymond B. Kennard, age 81 of Linwood, PA passed away on November 6, 2020 at Fair Acres Geriatric Center. Born in Chester, PA to Richard B. and Pearl E. Lewis Kennard, he was raised in the Gardendale section of Boothwyn, PA. Ray previously was a longtime resident of Linwood, PA. Raymond worked at Harcast Company in Glenolden where he retired several years ago. At one time, he was an avid user of CB Radio's. He was passionate about his Rose Garden and was known to compete in national competitions including Longwood Gardens. In addition to his parents, Raymond is preceded in death his loving wife, Mary Lou Fenton Kennard, who passed in 2004; his 10 siblings; Howard Kennard, William Kennard, Jackie Kennard, Mary Master, Dot Gray, Nettie Adams, Elma Turner, Betty Master, Janice Miller and Anita Kennard. He is survived by 2 children; Gregory (Donna) Kennard, and Diana (Edward) Dugan; sister, Anna Schneider Mangini, 8 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12th from 9-10am at Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Funeral Service at 10AM. Interment, Edgewood Memorial Park, Glen Mills, PA.
