Obituary of Franklin A Hull

Franklin A. Hull, age 90 of Newark, DE, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Christiana Care Hospital in Newark, DE. Born in Marcus Hook, PA, Franklin was raised in Twin Oaks, PA. He has resided in Newark, DE for the past 12 years, previously residing in Linwood, PA. Franklin was the son of Franklin A. and Eva Williams Hull. He was a plant operator at Sun Oil in Marcus Hook for over 30 years retiring in 1985. Franklin was a member of the Chichester Alumni Band. He enjoyed sports, especially playing volleyball and horseshoes. He also enjoyed taking cruises with his wife, visiting casinos and spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, Franklin is preceded in death by his son, Franklin A. Hull, Jr. who passed 2017. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Letitia A. Hull; 5 children, Dennis Hull, Carol Mueller, Letitia (Ronald) Riggins, David (Cathy) Hull, and Raymond (Michelle) Hull; 2 granddaughters whom he raised, Carol (Joe) Jackson and Melinda (Geoff) Anderson-Schmier; a great grandson whom he raised, David Craig Bender; a sister, Evelyn Bennett, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd from 11AM-12 noon at Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd, Garnet Valley, PA followed by a funeral service at 12 noon. Interment, Mt.
