To my fellow music lover and piano teacher -- you always cheered me on and encouraged me to practice until I got it right. No matter how many times everyone had to listen to me play the same song over and over and over again, you were right there playing on the high keys while I played the low ones. Or singing along. Or tap dancing in the foyer. You were so proud of me and I knew it and I truly am thankful for that. Whenever my fingers tickle those ivories I can't help but think of you and always will. Love you, Pop. I hope you're playing the hell out of that flag up in heaven and I'll be sure to bring my drumsticks and keyboard when I see you again. <3

My wonderful dad, my pops, my rock. Thank you for opening your heart and home to me and raising me as your own. You never once made me feel like a burden, though now as an adult I understand how very much you sacrificed for all of us kids. You made my great life possible in every way. Love you, Dad.
