Obituary of Charles L. Kelly

Charles L "Chuck" Kelly, age 48 of West Chester, PA passed away on August 28, 2019 at his residence. Born to Deborah Ann Nasser in New Orleans, LA, where he resided most of his life, before moving to the West Chester area 6 years ago. He worked as a chef and enjoyed music, cooking and tattoos. Chuck was never one to miss a party and was an avid New Orleans Saints fan. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James A. Nasser. In addition to his mother, Chuck is survived by his aunt, Sandy Silberzahn, uncles; Jimmie Nasser and Eugene Nasser, and maternal grandmother, Helen Lossett Nasser. Funeral services and Interment are private.
