Greg was a friend of mine for many years while working for ATA Airlines and after. He told me a few years ago that I was on his friends for life list. I did not expect that it would end so soon. Greg worked for me while at ATA Airlines. His was a very dedicated manager and looked for perfection in everything he did. I remember an incident where an engine malfunction forced him and his passenger to make and emergency landing. In order to get the aircraft slowed, he had his passenger hold the door open on his approach. That situation describes Greg perfectly. He was always looking for answers to a problem and non- linear thinking was his strength. I’m going to miss him. I look forward to seeing him again. Good by buddy

Greg and I worked together as aircraft mechanics in Louisville. We were partnered up during the layoffs at UPS but stayed in touch for years, even having him attend my wedding. He was always a great guy, had a good heart and very genuine. We lost a good one! And to the family, sending you prayers. I’m so sorry about your loss. Joe Stack & Family
