Obituary of John W. Drummond

John W. Drummond, Sr., age 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 13, 2016 at his home in Wallingford, PA. John was born and raised in Chester, PA, but spent most of his adult life in Wallingford, PA with his family for 33 years. During the Korean War, John served in the Army as a Corporal. A jack of all trades, John was a maintenance man for the Fibre Metal factory for 51 years, and was able to retire in 2002. With a healthy appetite, John enjoyed eating, and spending time with his loving family. John is preceded in death by his parents George "Frank," Sr., and Clarice Drummond, and siblings Mary May and George "Frank" Jr. John is survived and missed by his wife of 48 years, Christine (Jensen) Drummond, daughter Clarice Drummond, son John W. Drummond Jr., grandchildren Zoe, Christy, and Charlie Drummond, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to John's Funeral Services on Tuesday, May 17, at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Garnet Valley, PA. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00AM, followed by his funeral service at 11:00AM. Interment will immediately follow to Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
