Obituary of Donald K. Basner

Donald K. Basner, age 91 of Glen Mills, PA passed on April 27, 2019 at green Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation. Born in Nanicote, PA, he resided in Glen Mills since 1984, previously residing in Concord Twp. A refinery worker, Donald worked for Sun Oil for 35 years retiring in 1984. Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Leona Taylor Basner, son, Jeffrey Basner who passed in 2012 and 5 siblings. He is survived by his wife Ellen Yost Basner, 3 children, Donald (Kathy) Basner, Diane (Gary) Goschler and Sandra (Bob) Merritt, 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday May 7, 2019 at 2:00PM at Siloam United Methodist Church Cemetery, 3720 Foulk Road, Garnet Valley, PA.
