Obituary of Joseph P. Valentine

Joseph P. Valentine III, age 73 of Trainer, PA passed away on April 17, 2019 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Born to Joseph P. Valentine Jr. and Stella Crispino Valentine, he was raised in Swarthmore, PA. Joe has resided in Trainer, PA most of his life. Joe retired from Boeing where he worked over 20 years. He was previously employed by Sun Ship in Chester, PA. He attended St. John Fisher Church and was a member of the Boiler's Maker Union and the UAW Local 1069. In his spare time, Joe enjoyed boating, hunting and traveling. He served in the Navy during peacetime. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Valentine. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Nora Garrity Valentine, 4 children, Joseph Valentine IV, James (Nicole) Valentine, Michael (Sherry) Valentine and Lisa Valentine, a sister, Judith Leach and 8 grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Monday, 10-11AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 11:00AM. Interment will remain private.
