Obituary of Amber L. Carter

Amber L. Chandler Carter, age 32, passed away suddenly on February 24, 2019. She graduated from Chichester High School in 2004 and worked as a Dental Assistant . She is predeceased by her father, Roy D. Chandler. Amber is survived by her mother, Kathryn L. (Gilbert) Chandler, brother, Anthony Joseph "AJ" Chandler, sister Kimberly Chandler, maternal grandfather, Robert W. Gilbert, nieces, nephews and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at a later date. Interment will remain private.
