Obituary of Gloria D. Coale

Gloria "Denise" Coale, 64, of Brookhaven, PA died peacefully on February 10, 2019 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Chester, PA and raised in Ogden, PA. For the past 20 years, she resided in Brookhaven, PA and enjoyed a 22 year career in medical administration from which she retired in 2017. Denise enjoyed trips to the beach, cooking, long drives, trips to the Poconos and walking through the woods with her granddaughter, Courtney. She was an avid animal lover, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Denise is preceded in death by her parents, William T. and Gloria Julius Green, brother William "Russell" Green and sister, Roberta "Sweetie" Wade. She is survived by two sons, Millard "Chip" Coale IV and Daniel Forrester, daughter in law, Danielle Coale, companion, Charles Schembs, nieces, Kimberly Denise Wade and Kerry Berkowitz, nephew, Joseph Wade, 3 granddaughters, Courtney Coale, Katelyn Coale and Natalie Nicole Schembs and great nephew and niece, Jack and Lauren Berkowitz. She was a proud and active friend of Bill W. Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service on Thursday, February 14, 11AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA where visitors may call from 10-11AM. Interment is private. Donations in her memory may be made to cancer research.
