Obituary of Beth Ann Cook

Beth Ann Cook, age 65, of Glen Mills, PA passed away peacefully on January 14, 2019 at Asana Hospice in Ridley Park, PA. Born and Raised in Chester, PA, she graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1971. Beth Ann currently works as a Kindergarten Teacher's Aide for St. Thomas the Apostle School and a Librarian and Teacher's Aide for St. Francis de Sales School for the past 30 years. She will be sadly missed by her family and her grandchildren. Beth Ann enjoyed summers at her beach house in Longport, NJ. Beth Ann is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Elizabeth "Betty" Melchiorre Adami. She is survived by her husband, Frederick W. Cook Jr., 2 children, Frederick W. Cook III (Nicole) and Jennifer E. Cook (Matthew), 2 brothers, Peter Adami (Marianne) and Eugene "Gene" Adami (Susan), 8 grandchildren and extended family. A visitation will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019, at 9:15am - 11:15am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church (new church), 430 Valleybrook Rd., Glen Mills, PA followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30AM. Interment will remain private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Beth Ann's memory may be made to Asana Hospice, 300 Johnson Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078.
