I am so very sorry for your loss of sweet Josiah. I joined his care team at A.I. because he stole my heart. He was the sweetest, adorable little boy and I will always remember talking and singing to him in the early morning hours when he just wanted to hang out and “chat”. I'm sending my deepest condolences to the Spennato and Robinson families in this difficult time. Josiah will always be remembered for his big, brown eyes that held so much love, his adorable smiles despite his trials, his love for music and being sung to (especially by Nonna), and his strength. He has taught us all so much about ourselves and love in the time he shared with us. He will never be forgotten and forever be missed.

Josiah, you are so loved. You must have been sent from the heavens to change the lives of so many. To humble those that love you. To guide us along the way to a truly meaningful life. I will think of you often. Each time I see a butterfly. Just as you came into our lives so swiftly and so quietly, so gently landed on our hearts before you ultimately took flight back to the heavens, that is how I will remember you. A constant whisper inside my chest. Josiah, we know you need us now. You need us to be here for your Mommy, your father, your big brother. Your strength in this life is forever embedded into our family now. We feel such a deep loss for the tiny shoes you filled, but we are here. Together we will remain strong, just as you did.
