Obituary of Elizabeth D. Saffo

Elizabeth "Betty" D. Saffo of Wilmington, DE was reunited with her parents Parisino and Caroline D'Annunzio on December 9, 2018. Betty was a graduate of Chester High School, Chester, PA and Sleepers College of Parkside, PA. She was Secretary for the DuPont Company for 35 years until her retirement. She is survived by her cousins, Yolanda LaSpada of Wilmington, DE and Caroline Cieslak of Aston, PA. She is also survived by many relatives in Pescara, Italy whom she was in contact with all the time. Betty was a very kind, compassionate giving person to everyone and will be missed. Funeral services will be on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 10:30am, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 4701 Weldin Rd., Wilmington, DE. Friends may call at the church from 9:15 to 10:15am. Interment will be at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
