My wife and I were married by Mr. Gaspari and remember it well. Rocco was a man with high morals and very professional. Most of all, he was devoted to Lower Chichester and all of it's residents. He will be surely missed.

Rocky was an amazing person. I always enjoyed working and talking with him. He taught me about dedication to community and care for people. He was one of those individuals whom everyone should have the opportunity to meet in their lifetime. RIP Rocky, God Bless You.
