Obituary of Pauline M. Heintz

Pauline Heintz, 75, of Brookhaven, PA died peacefully September 27, 2018. For the past 10 years in retirement, she has spent her time enjoying life with her niece and godchild, Kristeen Carroll, and her great nephews, Nicholas and Anthony who lived with her and brought her so much happiness. Pauline, a graduate of Chester High School Class of 1961 and Villanova University, entered the convent and was consecrated a Sister for the Order of St. Basil the Great. After many years, she left the convent, went to work for Vanguard as an accountant, and then at PNC for 35 years, retiring as a Vice President of Financial Control. Pauline could do anything she put her mind to. After the convent she became an amateur photographer, fixed her own cars, purchased a kiln and made ceramics, and decorated Ukrainian Pysanky Eggs, which are displayed proudly in the homes of many of her family and friends. In her spare time she loved to bowl at the Conchester Lanes with her many friends and family. She was President of the PA Women's Bowling Association, and traveled around the country representing that organization. In her later years she loved going on golf trips to Myrtle Beach with her sisters, and spending time with friends. She also loved all Philadelphia Sports Teams, especially the Eagles. Pauline is survived by her sisters Delores Heintz, Theresa Heintz, and Janet Hackman (Gary), and her brother Henry Heintz (Sue), as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Henry and Mary Heintz, and her best friend and sister Susan Carroll. Friends and family are invited to her Funeral Service on Tuesday, at 10:00 AM. Friends may call on Monday from 6 to 8 PM and again on Tuesday from 9 to 10 AM at the Moreland-Pagano Funeral Home, 825 Main Street, Trainer, PA. Interment at Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
