Obituary of Margaret Mary Perti

Margaret Mary Perti, age 78, of Aston, PA, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016. Margaret was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, but lived in Aston, PA for forty-five years as a loving mother and homemaker. Margaret was a devoted parishioner of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Aston, PA. In her spare time, you could find Margaret knitting, reading, traveling, but mostly enjoying her time with her grandchildren and family. Margaret is preceded in death by her husband Eligio Perti, and her parents Charles and Margaret Mary (McGrenra) Morrone. She is survived by her 3 sons, Louis, Robert, and Patrick (Lisa) Perti, four brothers Frank, Pat, Charles and Thomas Morrone, one sister Lucy Hepp, five grandchildren Andrew, Katherine, Paige, Sophia, and Anthony, and 2 great grandchildren Aurelia and Mikah, and former daughter in law Sandra Perti. Her visitation will be held this Friday, 8:30AM-9:45AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, 3255 Concord Rd, Aston, PA followed ny a Funeral Mass at 10AM. Interment will remain private. In lieu of flowers, a contribution in Margaret's name can be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org.
