Obituary of Maria Veronica McNelly

Maria Veronica McNelly, age 59, of Claymont, DE, died on August 26, 2018 at home. Born and raised in the Philippines, she immigrated to the U.S. in 1985, residing for the past 26 years in Claymont, DE, previously Ardmore, PA. Maria was a pharmacy technician for Grubb Pharmacy. She was an active member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church where she participated in the fund-raising. An active supporter of Lions Club of Claymont, she also enjoyed cooking, helping people and was a very generous person who loved her nieces and nephews. Maria is preceded in death by her father, Roberto Bolinas Sr., her husband Harry McNelly who died in 2005 and is survived by her mother, Helen Stillwell, step father, Robert Stillwell, 7 siblings, Jeanne Bolinas, Daniel (Sandra) Bolinas, Roberto Jr. (Angela) Bolinas, Cecille (Dennis) Boznango, Bettina (Chris Fitzpatrick) Baltazar, Andres (Vivian) Bolinas and Gabriel "Bill" Bolinas also numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, 10AM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 3200 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703 where friends may call from 8:45-9:45AM. Interment, Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA. Donations in her memory may be made to the Lions Club of Claymont, 3301 Green St., Claymont DE 19703 or above named church.
