Obituary of Louise Irene Nickerson, nee Parker

Louise I. Nickerson, nee Parker, age 82, of Upper Chichester, PA passed away on August 18, 2018. A resident at Parkview at Naamans Creek for the past 10 years, Louise was a longtime resident of Boothwyn, PA. Louise was a country singer/songwriter. She at one time had her own band, known as "Little Fawn The Singing Cherokee & The Tennessee Express. In addition to her parents, Walter and Marion Todd Parker, she is preceded in death by 9 siblings. She is survived by 4 children, Charles (Grace) Boyd, Kenneth (Donna) Boyd, Brian (Angela) Boyd and Melody (Anthony) Scavicchio, a brother Walter Parker, 2 sisters, Katherine Loveland and Marilyn Sbandi, 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, 9:30-11:00AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a service at 11:00AM. Interment will remain private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Louise's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org).
