Obituary of Shirley M. Barcus

Shirley M. Barcus, age 73, of Millsboro, DE passed away peacefully on March 13, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Shirley has been a longtime resident of Millsboro, DE previously residing in Aston, PA. A homemaker, Shirley enjoyed raising her family and caring for her home. In her spare time, she enjoyed events at the Rec. Club in Aston, PA. A fan of country music, she enjoyed spending time with her family and dogs, Lacy and Taffy. In addition to her father, Otha Thomas Shaw, she is preceded in death by a son, James Barcus and 1 brother. She is survived by children, Tina, Kelly and John Barcus, mother, Julia A. Shaw, 12 siblings, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. A viewing will be held on Friday afternoon, 2:00-3:00PM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Funeral Service at 3PM. Interment will remain private.
