Obituary of Leonard A. Courtney

Leonard A. Courtney Jr., age 84, of Garnet Valley, PA passed away on February 26, 2018. A resident of Bethel Twp. most of his life, Leonard also resided in the Chester County area and Chadds Ford area. A veteran of the Air Force, Leonard was employed in the restaurant business for numerous years. He had many hobbies including photography, song writing, acting and at one time, he was an Ad Model during the 1960's. He also held his aviation license where he piloted planes. Leonard was known as a Philadelphia sports fan. He is survived by his son, Colin J. Courtney and former wife, Charlotte Stilwell. A viewing will be held on Thursday, from 1:00-2:00PM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by funeral services at 2:00PM. Interment, Siloam Cemetery.
