Obituary of Anna M. Smith

Anna M. Smith, age 78 of Upper Chichester, PA died on February 13, 2018 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. Born and raised in Bethel Twp., she resided for over 30 years in Upper Chichester. A homemaker, she was a devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother. Anna is preceded in death by her parents, Eglyseus and Anna Wiedner Carter, son, Richard L. Smith Jr., sister, Laura Janison and a brother, Leonard Wiedner. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Richard L. Smith, 2 sons, Donald L. (Lisa) Smith and Robert A. Smith, brother, Jimmy Carter and 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, 10:00-11:00AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, Pa. followed by a funeral service at 11:00AM. Interment Edgewood Memorial Park, Glen Mills, PA.
