Obituary of Josephine E. Borgese

Josephine E. Borgese, age 97, of Yorktown, VA passed away peacefully on February 7, 2018. Josephine was born in Philadelphia to Joseph and Bambina Santulo Spaventa. At one time, she was employed by Yellow Cab as an Accounts Payable Clerk. She is survived by her son, Joseph Borgese and wife Vera of Yorktown, VA and granddaughter, Elise Borgese. Josephine is preceded in death by her siblings, Frank and Angelo Spaventa, Santrina Campbell and Christina Spaventa. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, 9:00-10:15AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, 4225 Chichester Ave., Boothwyn, PA. Interment, S.S. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. Donations in her memory may be made to the Victory Family YMCA, 101 Long Green Blvd., Yorktown, VA 23693
