Obituary of John A. Mullen

John Mullen Jr., 33, passed unexpectedly early on March 28th, 2016. Born in Wilmington, DE and raised in Concord Twp.; but recently moved to West Palm Beach, FL. Johnny graduated from Garnet Valley High School, class of 2001, and received his Civil Engineering degree from University of Delaware. He was the owner & CEO of Gump Enterprises. Johnny was skilled in motocross and nationally ranked. In addition, he was a fierce boxer. He enjoyed competing in 5k's, skydiving, traveling, camping, water sports, botany and horticulture. Johnny is survived by his parents, John A. Mullen & Sherry O'Brien Mullen; siblings, Carrie Ann, Casey Jo, Kelly Elizabeth and Lindsey Victoria Mullen; maternal grandmother, Bonnie O'Brien, maternal grandfather, Butch Steward and paternal grandparents, John and Loretta Mullen, as well as, his extended family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Saturday, 9:00-10:45AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA. Funeral services will follow at 11:00AM.
