Obituary of George M Mihalos

George M. Mihalos, age 48 of Glen Mills, PA died on March 23, 2016 at home after a lengthy illness. Born in Chios, Greece, George immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 5. He graduated from Ridley High School and became the owner & operator of Mihalos Motors located in both Chester & Ridley Park, PA. George has resided the past 5 years in Glen Mills, previously residing in Boothwyn. He was a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church. He had a passion for repairing cars and also racing cars. He enjoyed spending his spare time at the beach with his family. George is preceded in death by his father, Michael Mihalos. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Sandra Kulp Mihalos, a son, Mikael Mihalos, his mother, Eugenia Koumendies Mihalos, stepchildren, John & Bryan Ciliberto and 4 grandchildren, Konnor, Chloe, Jackson & Bryan Jr.. His Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, 11:00AM at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 30 E Forge Rd., Media, PA 19063 where friends may call from 10-11AM. Interment Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
