Obituary of Thomas E. Connell

Thomas E. "Tom" Connell, age 57 of Glen Mills, PA died on January 9, 2018 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He was born to John Connell and the Late Helen Binz Connell in Pittsburgh, PA. Tom resided the past 3 years in Glen Mills, PA, previously residing in Pittsburgh, PA. He was a Commercial Refrigeration Technician for many years. Tom was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, was an avid fan of the Steelers & Penguins, and was an excellent cook. He was a hard working family man and will be sadly missed by his family and friends. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by a sister Sandra Irr. Tom is survived by his wife Theresa L. Connell of 35 years, 2 Daughters, Lauren (Christopher) LaRosa & Samantha Connell, father, John Connell, brother, Jack (Deborah) Connell, sisters Deborah Romeo & Kathleen Connell and one granddaughter Evelyn LaRosa. Funeral services and interment will remain private. Donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
