Obituary of Stella H. Miazza

Stella H. Miazza, age 93, of Upland, PA passed away peacefully on January 2, 2018. Born in Chester, PA of Polish Immigrants, Andrew and Louise Busz, she met the love of her life, Eddie and moved to Upland where they resided over 60 years and raised three children. Stella's priority in her life was her family. She was a Mom, Nana, Grandmom, Nana-grandmom, Babci, and Aunt Mina. She was not only the matriarch of our family, but the "Force" behind our success. She knew what we were capable of attaining even before we did. I don't think anyone disappointed her. She was a very proper woman and expected the same of her family. We are all the better for it. She was a very devout catholic attending mass every morning when she was well. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Edward P. Miazza who died in 2009 and 7 siblings. She is survived by 3 children, Edward J. (Marie) Miazza, Paul A. (Late Sandra) Miazza and Linda Miazza, a brother, Chet Busz, 5 grandchildren, Heather DiMarino, Kathleen Clements, Meghan Suter, Paul Miazza and Lesley-Anne Ray and 9 great grandchildren. A viewing will be held on Saturday, 9-10AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00AM at Our Lady of Charity, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, PA. Interment, Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
