Parents should never have to bury their child. It's not the "order" that it is supposed to happen. But it does and we wonder how to go on with our lives that are forever changed and will never be the same. Don't grieve for what isn't but be forever greatful at what was. Beautiful memories of a fine young man who left behind the most precious of gifts to his family. His children. To look into their eyes and see the continuence of a life taken way too soon will hopefully give peace and comfort to his family and friends.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Eggers family. I'm so saddened to hear this. I never really got to know Robert as well as I would've like to but I always knew he was a great guy and a wonderful father. I only got to know his daughter Sarah. For some years she was like a second daughter to me and right now my heart truly aches for her and her family.

Lori & Family I’m terribly sorry to hear of Your brothers passing. I pray you find strength and comfort in each other during this difficult time .I didn’t know him well but well enough to know (when Tyler would visit ) the joy he had for his children. I'm so very sorry to hear this. It had been a few years since we've talked and i wish so badly i had called. Bob was so good hearted and a dedicated man. We had so many good times together that I will never forget. Rest in peace my friend. You can now.

I'm so sorry for such a great loss . I've had the pleasure of knowing Bob and his wonderful children for about eight years and he will be missed . In recent conversations with him he was so proud of his children, his job and the wonderful family he had cared so much for. I am shocked and sad.
