I am so so sorry. I wanted to be there but thought today was friday. We are having a wedding here this weekend and I am confused. the obit is on my table. I cannot imagine how you feel. parents are supposed to go before your kids. I saw Maureen in the Acme on friday,but was in a hurry and didn't say anything. I knew Mark from our work at Dupont and our love for the automobile. I retired in 1998 and would see Mark occasionally at car cruise's.I last saw Mark at The Chevy Nationals in Carlisle,Pa and again spent enjoyable time talking about cars. Mark you will be missed by all of us and especially your family. RIP Mark Fran Bailey

Marlene and John, Lori, Kelly, Emily, Shelby, Mark and the rest of the Ludvigson family- It was with profound sadness that I head of Mark's untimely passing. Although our paths diverged over the years, Mark was my very best childhood friend, and I could never think if my own life and my childhood without thinking of him. I have so many memories of being a kid with him. And he was always so full of life when I would see him in recent years, as an adult. I am very, very sorry for your loss, and hope that, in time, you will be consoled by your memories of what a great, friendly and happy guy he was. I regret that I cannot be in Delaware for his funeral, but my thoughts are with you all. With Deep Condolences, Denny

Ludvigson family, Mark was a true friend who helped me whenever I asked. We shared a great love of cars and family. Even though we did not speak often, when we did connect it was like we were always friends. I have to thank Mark for counseling me through selling my 89 Mustang convertible to him so that he could fix it up and sell it to the next family to enjoy more than I had. Mark was my "Go To" guy whenever I had a gas cylinder, pressure vessel or gas flow problem. He was always a friendly, helpful problem solver . I am truly sorry for your loss.
