I attended the class of ‘67’s reunion tonight and was saddened to learn of Randy’s passing. We were friends in school and I’ll always remember his kindness. We spent many Saturdays, the summer of our Junior year, playing tennis together in an attempt to strengthen my skills as I hoped to go out for the girl’s team. Randy was a fine player and a patient teacher. My deepest condolences to his family.

Although Randy and myself were married only 355 days, he had a unique personality. He enjoyed singing but did not know more than three words to most songs. He laughed at himself and saw the best in each person he met. He had an uncanny ability to remember, not only someone’s name, but minute details about them I shall miss him. Beth
