Obituary of Clifford A. Eachus Jr.

Clifford "Cliff" A. Eachus Jr., age 79 of Wilmington, DE died on September 22, 2017 at Seasons Hospice at Christiana Hospital. Born and raised in Bethel Twp., he resided for the past 6 years in Winterset Farms in Wilmington, DE, previously residing in Woodstown, NJ.  Cliff was the owner and operator of Hart & Eachus Auto Service,  for 30 years retiring in 2003.  He graduated from Media High School class of 1955 and served in the Army during peacetime.  He enjoyed golfing, NASCAR, owned his own modified race car, was an avid sports fan, and in his earlier years pitched for the Redmen semi-pro baseball club.  Cliff is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Sr. and Ella Blakeley Eachus, 2 sisters, Jean Grubb and Patricia Eachus and is survived by his wife of 44 years, Margaret A. Hoopes Eachus, sister, Mary Bailey and brother, Richard Eachus.  A visitation will be held on Tuesday 10:00-11:00AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by funeral services at 11:00AM. Interment Siloam U.M. Church Cemetery, Garnet Valley, PA.  Donations in his memory may be made to Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care, 220 Continental Drive, Newark, DE 19713.
