Obituary of Helen Esther Moore
Helen E. Bostic-Moore, 78, of Bear, DE formally of Eddystone and Chester Twp. died peacefully on March 10, 2016 at home. Born and raised in Markleysburg, PA she resided for the past year with her daughter, son in law and granddaughter. Helen was an electrolysis for over 50 years. She was a past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star Chester Chapter for several years and member of the West Chester Chapter 352. In her earlier years, she was a licensed pilot flying a single engine Cessna. She graduated from Kree Insitution in N.Y.C. and Bourbon Beauty Academy where she earned her degree in Electrolysis. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Sadie Thomas Savage, husband, Arthur W. Moore, former husband, Charles E. Bostic, baby boy Bostic, siblings, Wava, Rosetta, Betty, and Eugene. Helen is survived by her daughters, Monica (James) Bostic-Bradley and Janet Hudgins, sister, Marie Wilhelm, 2 grandchildren, the love of her life Ava and Christopher, 2 great grandchildren, Kyler and Mckenzie, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be deeply missed by her Shih Tzu "Mimi," and long time friend Les.
Relatives and friends may call from 6-8PM and are invited to her Eastern Star service on Monday evening at 8PM with a religious service to follow at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd, Garnet Valley, PA, Interment will be private at Birmingham/Lafayette Cemetery.
