Obituary of Mariana D. Frattarelli

Mariana D. Frattarelli, 89 of Garnet Valley, PA died peacefully on March 5, 2016 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. Born and raised in Pastena, Italy, Mariana then immigrated to the U.S. in 1968 with her husband Luigi and son Tony settling in Crum Lynne until 1983, moved to Woodlyn and has resided for the past 5 years in Garnet Valley, PA. A homemaker, she was a devout Catholic and was a member of the Church of the Holy Child. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and making home cooked meals with her family, especially for special occasions and holidays. She always has a big smile on her face and a baseball cap on her head. Mariana is preceded in death by her parents, Bernardo and Catarina P. DeLellis, husband, Luigi Frattarelli who died in 1997 and a sister, Rachele Persicone. She is survived by her son, Tony (Rochelle) Frattarelli, sisters, Teresa (Licurgo) Frattarelli, Velia Brill and brother, Bernardo (Rhoda) DeLellis, and many nieces and nephews. Relative and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Thursday, 10:30AM at the Church of the Holy Child, 2500 Naamans Road, Wilmington, DE. Friends may call Wednesday 7-9PM and Thursday 9-9:45AM, at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA. Interment, S.S. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
