Obituary of William R. Green
William "Russ" Green, 67, of Upper Chichester died on March 18, 2017 at Rosemont Rehab Center. He was born in Chester and raised in Ogden, PA where he was a life long resident. He graduated in 1968 from Chichester High School. Russ served the U.S. Army 4th Infantry Division during the Vietnam War. Russ started his career as a pipefitter for BP and has been a self employed electrical/home maintenance contractor for 30 years. He was a member of the Chichester Business Association and the township Emergency Management Task Team. He enjoyed restoring classic cars, fishing and drawing, especially birds. William is preceded in death by his parents, William T. and Gloria Julius Green and sister, Roberta Wade and is survived by his daughter, Kerry Berkowitz, sister, Denise Coale, 2 grandchildren, Jack and Lauren Berkowitz, a niece and three nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral service on Wednesday, March 22, 11AM at the Moreland-Pagano Funeral Home, 825 Main St., Trainer, Pa. where visitors may call from 9:30-11:00AM.
