Obituary of Jean M. Deliduka
Jean Deliduka, 88 died on Saturday, February 27 at home. She was born in Newark, NJ on February 28, 1927. Mrs. Deliduka lived at Maris Grove for the past 10 years.
She was employed at Bell Telephone Company and Burrell's Clipping Service in NJ before moving to West Grove, PA. She was a member of the Sweet Adeline's barbershop harmony group for over 10 years. She enjoyed family get togethers, reading the newspaper, sewing, camping, navigating day trips, her many dogs and cats over the years and feeding and watching the birds. Her easy going nature was loved by all!
Jean was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Robert Deliduka. She is survived by a daughter, JoAnne Mann and husband Robert Mann of Flint Hill, VA, son, John Deliduka and late wife Susan of Leavenworth, WA and daughter, Lynne Palermo and husband Thomas Palermo of Garnet Valley, PA and six grandchildren (Jennifer, Christopher, Dan, Alex, Amelia and Andrew).
The family is planning a special memorial service this summer to honor both Jean and Bob. We wish to thank Maris Grove Rose Court and Willow Tree Hospice for their very special care and love when she and her family needed it most.
