Obituary of Marilyn D. Lockfeld

Marilyn D. Lockfeld, 74, of Fenwick Island, DE and formerly of Chadds Ford, PA passed away on February 26, 2017 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Marilyn graduated from Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School, Scotch Plains, NJ in 1960 and the New Brunswick Business School in 1962. Marilyn is survived by her best friend and loving husband of 55 years, William S. Lockfeld, Sr., their children, William S. Lockfeld, Jr. (Beth), Melissa L. Harrison (Sudzy), and Michael S. Lockfeld, Sr. (Robyn) and grandchildren, Tiffany, Meredith, William III, Emily, Lauren, and Michael, Jr. She was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Evelyn Geetlein. A homemaker, Marilyn was active in the Chadds Ford Area Women's Club, Garden Club, and Red Hats, volunteered at the Rachel Kohl Library, and was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Wilmington, DE.
