Elda M. Libetti, age 89 of New Castle, DE died on February 26, 2017 at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Italy, Elda was a resident of New Castle, DE. She is preceded in death by her husband, Armando Libetti who died in 1998. She is survived by children, Emily, AJ, & Michael and many grandchildren.
