Where to begin? My relationship with JoAnn spanned 56 years, and I have hundreds of memories. I will miss visiting, messaging and phone chats from time to time, reminiscing of the best times growing up with Carolyn and Janice. Carolyn was my elementary school bestie. JoAnn was funny, loving, caring and a wonderful friend to both my mother and me. So many visits where we would sit at the kitchen table snacking & laughing til we cried. JoAnn’s memory is a sweet blessing to me. Sending heartfelt condolences to Carolyn, Janice, Jimmy, Billy, Kathy and all of the grandchildren. A special blessing for Carolyn & Janice for the consistent care you both have always given your mom. You both should feel proud. Janice, mom told me many times you were an amazing support to her for decades, caring for all her needs with love and patience, and she couldn’t have done it without you. And the many times you brought her to Texas were the highlights she shared with me. Mom truly will be missed. I hope to be able to attend mom’s service and see all of you. Sending love & hugs!
