Obituary of Theresa R. Guyer

Theresa R. (Tini) Guyer, age 81 of Glen Mills, PA died peacefully at home on January 29, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Born to the late Gaetano & Lena Paolucci Tini in Coaldale, PA, Theresa has resided in Chester Heights for the past 15 years and previously in Boothwyn, PA. A businesswoman she and her husband owned & operated Guyer's Auto Service and Car Wash in Upper Chichester, PA, originating in Chester, PA. Theresa was politically active in Delaware County and served as a Commissioner in Upper Chichester. She was a member of the Business & Professional Women's Association & the Christopher Columbus Association. She enjoyed spending time with her family & friends and her favorite pastime was going to the casinos. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, John F. Guyer Sr. who died in 1997, and her beloved son, John F. Guyer Jr. who died in 2008 and siblings, Bill, John & Alfred Tini, Emily Dellaquila, Olga Heffner & Ceil Viscuso. Theresa is survived by 2 daughters, Jacqueline (Nick) Constantino & Michele (Lou) Cordivari, and her devoted and caring companion, Robert Moynihan, siblings, Elizabeth Neff and Raymond Tini, grandchildren, Nanci Lynn, Kristy, Ashley, Lindsey, Robert, Tiffany, Alexa, John & Nino & 8 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Thursday, 9:15-10:15AM at St. Thomas the Apostle (New Church), 430 Valleybrook Rd., Glen Mills, PA followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM. Interment Lawn Croft Garden Mausoleum, Linwood, PA
