Obituary of Audrey C. Nickle

Audrey C. Nickle, 95, of Claymont, Delaware, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2024, at Newark Manor. Born in Chester, Pennsylvania, and raised in Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania, Audrey moved to Claymont in 1963, where she built a life full of cherished memories.

Audrey retired from South Co. in Concordville after 18 years of dedicated service. She loved spending time at the Delaware beaches, where she found joy and relaxation.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roger Nickle Sr., who passed in 2016; her son, Ronald Nickle; her parents, Elwood and Elizabeth Everett Clough; and her brothers, Elwood and John Clough.

Audrey's legacy lives on through her son, Roger Nickle Jr., and his wife, Barbara; her three grandchildren, Jason, Robbie, and Chris Nickle; and her three great-grandchildren, who brought her immense pride and joy.
