Obituary of Shushila R. Patel

Shushila R. Patel, age 81, of Folcroft, Pa passed away peacefully on October 24th 2024 at her home in Antioch, TN. Born in Naivasha, Kenya, to Ranchhodbhai A. Patel and Dahiben R. Patel, Shushila moved to the United States in 1968, settling in Delaware County, PA. She previously resided in Folcroft and Upper Chichester, PA.

In May of 1962, at the age of 19, Shushila married her beloved husband, Rajnikant I. Patel. A devoted homemaker, she dedicated her life to raising her family in Folcroft, PA, and later took great joy in caring for her grandchildren. Shushila's life was a testament to her unwavering love and commitment to her family.

In addition to her parents, Shushila is preceded in death by her husband, Rajnikant, who passed away in 2013. She is survived by her children, Ashru R. Patel and Tejal Patel; her grandchildren, Sofia Amalfitano, Vanessa Amalfitano, and Briley Patel; and her siblings, Shakuntala Patel, Manjula Patel, Kaushika Patel, and Subash Patel.
